Friendly service. It is often very busy - they are understaffed and it looks like Extase cant do much about it. For fast service, its best to avoid 11:30-12:30 and 4:30-6:30.
They may have some off hours when they go on break (everyone needs a break). Otherwise their service is great!
Good service once served. Owner should DEFINATELY hire more people - but this isn't the one employees fault. Who ever "owns" this place get your act together it's seriously embarrassing... Having one employee there, I waited 27 minutes in line because a lady didn't know how to send a package. Then the post man came and the employee said he doesn't even know what to give him. LOL... Sounds like your running a zoo and not a damn post office.
I've been sending and picking up packages from here for a few years, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, fast, and helpful.
