Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Woman behind counter would not help me/serve me for a very simple thing that needed confirmation, for an extremely "nit-picky" reason, almost laughable. She "ma'am"d me and spoke down to me like I was an idiot, SO, I left and went to another location and had ZERO issues with my address change. I explained what had happened to the new, helpful, post office employee and he said that it was absolutely ridiculous that she did not help me/refused to help me. DO NOT go here, find another post office outlet because, WOW.
