My first time trying Valair Montreal, I was told to call 30 minutes before I arrived, I did , was then told to call again 5 minutes before arrival. I got to the airport and a minute later they were there to take my car. On arrival, one call and they brought my car to me. Easy and convenient. I recommend them highly. I will definitely use them again and will tell my friends and family.
Really horrible experience with Valair. We have waited almost two hours for the shuttle bus. We understood that our delayed causing flight may cause some effects but they recorded our flight number and said to track it. They kept saying they would arrived in 10 minutes which was a blatantly lie.I am EXTREMELY upset and will never ever choose Valair ever again.
Valairs valet service was EXTREMELY professional, their staff was VERY courteous and most of all, SUPER reliable! My husband and I had a very early flight, yet Valair made our first time experience an unforgettable one! Highly recommended all around for their outstanding service! Will definitely be choosing Valair over any other valet services again!
Used the airport pickup/dropoff valet service in Toronto and was very happy.
Getting to the airport is stressful enough so just don't use this service! We were flying out from Toronto to the Caribbeans and decided to save a few bucks using Valair parking service. What a frustrating experience the whole thing was! I called the service when I left the house, again when I was 30mins away and when I was waiting at the terminal. At every call, driver said he was on his way, then he said he went to the wrong terminal. After waiting 45mins outside the terminal with my 2 toddlers, mother and husband in tow, driver arrived but without his partner which means he could not leave his car in the terminal without another driver taking our car to the lot. He suggested that my husband follow him back to the parking lot in our car and then he'd drive him back to the airport! As this point, we had waited around for over an hour and I knew I could not trust them to be prompt in retrieving our car when we returned from our trip. We parked our own car and I had to speak to head office to get my refund. When we returned, our parking costs were $300 since we were in such a rush to get checked in, we parked in regular parking. I sent them a copy of the receipt to see if they would assist in any of this cost but of course, never heard back them. Like I said, find another drop off/parking alternative because using Valair is not worth the stress.
