Salon itself is good. Quiet and relax. But the staff is horrible, rude, not professional(a girl who works last shift on 25 July around 20Hish). I took business class but with partnership airline of the skyteam, she refused to let me in at the first time, so I have to go out to speak to air France manager , even she felt weird. One hour after when I finally enter the lounge, she said I didn't tell her I am on business, and everything is my fault. Seriously, as a professional train airline staff, how can enter who can't, they have to verify their boarding pass. Anyway. Keep it short. I did show her my boarding pass the first time. The second time when she speak to me , she even didn't bother to look at me, her idea is all my fault. To be honest. If I am a manager. She will definitely should get fired. Airfrance has reputation in the market, and salon is kind of a face of airfrance.just want to share my experience.
Nice lounge with a shower. Alcohol and soda. Too bad not much vegan food options except fruit and salty crisps. And Lipton tea is not good.

The sound quality of their headset is good but landing was not smooth on Accra - France route but that of France - Canada route was very smooth
