This newly renovated lounge started on the right foot about two years ago. Good food, a nice bar with single malt whisky, and a cook who did nooodle dishes on demand. That was then. This is now. Food variety reduced - fewer options. Food quality/flavour now bland either no character. Last two visits "We ran out of single malt". It implies there is a daily quota, or they've just abandoned it. This is a disappointment for sure. Maple leaf lounges are managed by a contracted service provider. I think they are slacking. To bad. They had a good thing going.
Beautiful international lounge! Love the natural brightness from all the windows. Lovely staff! Had a wonderful time at the bar with Christopher! He is great company while waiting for the flight! Also makes wonderful drinks! I will certainly recommend this lounge!
Nice bar with barman / barmaid in attendance. They made a decent old fashioned for me. Enjoyed it with nachos, guacamole and salsa and a feta grapefruit salad.Buffet also offers made to order Asian noodle dish.Comfortable and relatively quiet space to wait for your flight.
This is one lounge for Air Canada that I can say is excellent. Large and spacious, however when busy, it can be quite crazy. The food selection however is excellent and quite diverse, and very delicious. Very easy to access and close to international gates.
