Service is not the best in class, but if you have clear what do you need and where find it, will be okay
Avoid this location at all costs! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I had placed a next-day printing order at the Bureau en Gros in Ile-Perrot; I received a call the next morning saying their printer was malfunctioning so the wonderful associate at the Ile-Perrot location told me that she would call another location to print my order. She immediately called the Sources location and provided all the details of my order and even sent an email to Sources confirming all of the details (amazing service at the Ile Perrot location!). This was at 9:30am and when I called the Sources location around 2:00pm to confirm that my client was going to be picking up the order, not only was I put on hold but I had to hang up and call back several times (over the course of 1.5 hours!) just to have someone tell me that my order hadn't even been printed yet (keeping in mind that my order was only for 18 copies - which was only processed when I finally spoke to someone around 3:30pm....6 hours for 18 copies!). Furthermore, when my client arrived to pick up the order, she noticed that some wording of the printed invitation was cut off. The associate refused to help correct the situation and even when my client asked to speak to the manager, he said it was our file that was causing the problem. This was absolutely untrue, as we received a printed sample from Ile Perrot when we originally placed the order and the invitation was perfect. To further debunk their story (a very lazy excuse), I called Ile Perrot and since their printer had been fixed that evening, they printed the order for me and the invitations printed perfectly. I will never return to the Sources location and I strongly encourage others to save themselves the headache (and attitude from the employees!) and shop elsewhere.
If you want to print using a computer, you will be charged 0.30 per minute and 1$ per page. 26$ for 26 pages And 0.69$ to scan a page along with 3$ service charge. So printing and scanning 26 pages will cost around 50$I am not sure if we are still living in the 80s
