Terrific selection of just about anything and everything. I was surprised. The space is enormous, with nothing ever feeling crowded at all.
Great gym and ambiance but can be cleaner.Open 24/7/365,if they spent a little more money on it for cleanliness and updated the machines and lockers it would be the best gym in Canada
I have been a member for many many years. Its a good, solid gym that is open 24 hours a day...every day with plenty of equipment that is kept in good working order. Rarely does anything remain unusable longer than a day. It is also constantly being cleaned. I like this place. That said, there are no classes included. They have done away with the free initial health assessment when joining. It tends to be crowded in the evenings and parking can be an issue. Most of the parking lot is a dirt lot that turns very muddy in the rain and treacherously icy in winter....it needs to be paved!
Great place to train - it is open 24x7, has saunas, small pool, 100m running track and is colocated with bunch of other fitness-relataed services like yoga, cross-fit,boxing, physio clinic and massage therapy. Can be crowded in peak hours
Great gym. Not my first recommendation for beginners but great place. Has the widest selection of machinery and Krystle Spence offers exceptional personal training.
