I always say that you judge the quality of a company by how they act when something goes wrong. Today I received a order for two products. Unfortunatley one was not the right product. When I called them I got to speak with someone of authority right away, who sympathized with me for the error and promised a call back with a solution.Two minutes later, the called back and offered to drive someone over to my house tomorrow with the right product. I know they can't do this for everyone in the areas that they sell, but I"m sure you can expect similar top notch service. If I could put another star, I would!
