Great job, great service. The company first informed me of the class action suit against older BP shingles, of which I was unaware. No other roofing company informed me of this (and I had interviews with quite a few before deciding who to hire). Nick the sales rep was also very helpful in getting those class action forms filled out and in taking the required pics that he himself emailed to BP for the class action suit. Job was done quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the job and the high standard of proficiency and politeness of everyone working for Lakeshore Roofing.

Nick the sales representative was a great help. He not only encouraged us to file a claim on our existing shingle roof, but he helped us by taking the pictures, filing the paper work and ensuring that all was done properly and go us money back to us towards the new roof. When the work on the roof was done Lakeshore Roofing showed up with a team was able to do the job within hours and the job was done beautifully and professionally. They cleaned the area when they where finished and it was like they where never there. They even had to handle a very large wasp nest at no extra charge.I would recommend Lakeshore Roofing and would use them again and would definitely do business with Nick again, a very kind and trust worthy man.
