Took 2 hours to deliver. I called twice, and when they arrived, they didnt have complete order... and BLAMED us!!!! Horrible service! Horrible food, the only one that was nice was the poor woman on the phone when their driver, Meghan was arguing!!! Arguing!!! NEVER again!
I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and my god everything was bad about this order. The chicken was super cold and didn't seem fresh at all as if it was cooked the day before and was served in the salad super cold. The salad was not fresh neither. I have never felt obliged to give tip, usually I am generous with my tips but this time what the delivery guy did was just wrong. My bill was 11.50 and I gave a $20 bill he only gives me back a $5 bill saying that he doesn't have change. Like forcing me to give him $4.50 tip on $11.00 bill??? If you deliver, you should have change on you. I asked him to give me back a loonie (still being generous) he goes in his car and gets me 60 cents and tells me that's close enough.....Like seriously, your supposed to give me all of my change and then I decide how much I should tip. Just pure bad customer service. At least if the food was fresh and good I would not cared about the tip handling of the delivery guy, but on top of this the food being bad is just not acceptable.
Pizza Dorval Express has better chicken flavour. Maybe they should check the freshness of there stuff.
Very good food a bit pricy I went there for the first time and the people are really nice the girl that served me was very nice and polite and attentive to my orders , despite the high price its a good place loved it !
