Hotel staff could not generate room keys as the machine has been broken for 2 weeks (according to the front desk staff). So the front desk staff had to let us into the room using a master key. First room the bathroom/toilet hadn't been cleaned so got moved to a second room where the air conditioning didn't work. While waiting to check out another guest was complaining about an electrical short in their room. Front desk staff wanted the cleaning staff/maid to try to fix it. Obviously she isn't an electrician so she refused. Also had an issue with the alarm clock going off. We hadn't set it.The only good thing was the staff were welcoming helpful and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.
Newly Renovated hotel.Rooms looks great and feel great to be in. I love how the case goods colors and quality goes with the the rest of the room decor. Bathroom look fresh and clean. Really really like the tiles choice in the washroom, it feels different when you walk on them. Overall 5 out of 5 Stars for furinish and decor, 5 out 5 for cleanliness. Great product. Highly recommend.
Stayed here for one night due to a 23 hour layover. Staff was super nice and helpful with all questions I had. The continental breakfast was good. They also have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which was very convient. Overall, price was good and worth it and i had a great experience.
I would have loved to give a 5-star review, but unfortunately, I was expecting a good night's sleep and I just didn't get that. I was told that the cleaning staff is responsible for turning alarm clocks on and off, and I was woken up at 3:30am by the alarm. (I hadn't touched the clock. And when I turned it off after scrambling out of bed, I realised it was also filthy under it.) When I mentioned it, I only got a sorry. I will be in touch with them again, and I'll adjust my rating accordingly. Otherwise, great bed, large showers, good soap and shampoo, spacious rooms, nice front desk staff. It was really just because I didn't get what I paid the premium price for: a good night's sleep.
My stay here was quite nice. The rooms were very clean and looked very nice. The staff were friendly as well. There is morning continental breakfast but I wasn't able to taste it as my schedule didn't allow it. It looked good and about what you would expect from this type of breakfast. The price of this hotel was very good and I would recommend it.
